TERMS & CONDITIONS
            OF SERVICE.


Under these terms and conditions, "you" and "client" refers to the person or persons who are using the offered services. "I" and "me" refers to the person offering the services.


Refusing to comply with the following will result in the cancellation of your booking and retention of your deposit. 


1. Once a client or prospective client has been informed of my terms and conditions and has been informed of where to view them, it will be seen as reasonable to believe that they have been read and understood.


2. Payment of a deposit shall be seen as an agreement by the client to these terms and conditions.


3. Payment of a deposit is required to secure a booking. The deposit amount is dependant on the total cost of the service(s).


4. The total deposit paid by the client shall be deducted from the total final payment.


5. Any remaining payment must be paid in full by the end of the service.


6. Reasonable additional charges may be taken for parking, congestion charge or long distance travel. These will be discussed prior to the booking.


7. The client is required to inform me of any allergies prior to the booking. If this is not done, I will not be liable for any reactions.


8. The client must prepare themselves prior to the booking in accordance to my instructions, these instructions shall be given on an individual basis.


9.The client must be truthful about the nature of the event that they are requesting my services for. For example, you cannot book a party service for your bridal event. If it transpires at any time prior to or during your booking that you have been dishonest, I reserve the right to retain your deposit and leave the booking.


10. If you wish to cancel your booking, I reserve the right to retain your deposit.


11. In the unlikely event of me cancelling, I will refund your deposit in full.
